  I showed up to this place wanting a couple windows replaced that would easily be able to come out completely, leaving no bar in the middle! This was to be able move furniture into these bedrooms and just like the other reviewer said, the guy there acted as if I was a bother telling me this is not possible and that windows of this kind are not even made! Annoyed by his tone I gave him the stink eye and proceeded out of that place! I then went to diamond glass were all the folks there were nice as could be and treated me like a valued customer! My advice don't even bother with this turd of a business owner and just go to diamond glass!
